1. You have to have (and be promoting) an amateur web cam. You can promote other advertisers on your gallery pages, but the web cam has to be pushed the most.

2. The galley pages must have at least 10 pics of the amateur - these can be either normal pics of still cam shots.

3. NO pop-ups, consoles or banner farms.

4. NO Numeric IP #'s or NON adult free hosts

5. DO NOT submit the same page or URL twice.

6. DO NOT submit Child Porn unless you like prison.

7. NO thumbs that lead to HTML pages.
